Participation in the Meeting of the “Slovanský ústav” of the Czech Academy of Sciences

On 11 June at 17:00, I took part in a meeting of the Slovanský ústav of the Czech Academy of Sciences, during which I delivered a paper entitled Archive “Born of Shocks”: New Artistic Practices in the Perspective of Network Culture and the Catharsis of Ukrainian Art in 2022–2025. The presentation was held online at the invitation of the Czech research centre.

In my paper, I presented the structure and conceptual foundations of my digital archive “Born of Shocks,” discussing the main results of the project concerning the catharsis of Ukrainian art in the content of cultural media and the role of network‑culture texts in documenting the experience of war. The meeting provided an opportunity to engage in discussion on the methodological aspects of the project and its significance for contemporary research on Ukrainian culture.

Participation in the meeting of the Slovanský ústav constitutes an important element in the development of cooperation between the Institute of Slavic Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Czech academic institutions, and confirms the growing international interest in issues related to Ukraine.
